LASER

We employ a Mazak laser with a 60″ x 120″ bed capacity. We run hundreds of parts in varying thicknesses and types of material, such as aluminum, carbon steel and stainless.

FORMING

We utilize a 6-foot Durma and 8-foot Chicago press brakes with 3-axis back gauge capable of handling many of your forming needs.

WELDING

We offer manual MIG & TIG pulsed welding for steel, stainless and aluminum. Our shop can handle prototype projects, custom jobs, contract production and even one-off jobs. We offer 350+ weekly hours on our 6 full-time welding stations.

ROBOTIC WELDING

We have a robotic welding cell to handle high quantity and repeatable production parts. We can turn out hundreds of parts a week with consistent, tight tolerances. We also staff a programmer and jig/fixture maker to give very competitive quotes on large runs.

POWDER COATING

We combine a dedicated powder coating prep area with a 4′ x 6′ x 8′ high-heat batch oven.  The oven is also used for processes such as drying, curing, and aging.
